A Cinema In Switzerland Replaced All Of Its Seats With Double Beds

Have you ever wanted a cinema in your bedroom? As a matter of fact, a Swiss cinema has gotten very close to that dream as possible by opening a ‘VIP bedroom’ hall with double beds, instead of the traditional seat. This can be found in Cinema Pathé in the northwesterly city of Spreitenbach, close to the Swiss-German border in Switzerland.

This unique cinema features eleven beds with adjustable headrests, two pillows, and grey and beige sheets, and even bedside tables to make the experience home-like as possible.

VIP tickets cost about 49 francs (about $48.50), which includes food and beverages, whereas the regular tickets cost 19.50 francs (or $19). The upside of getting VIP tickets is that you won’t have to wait in queues to get your snacks and drinks.

For an enhanced experience, the cinema even offers slippers for their patrons. If that isn’t fancy enough, CEO Venanzio Di Bacco, has also stated that they are also launching new food items which include waffles and crepes.

Other VIP experiences included a cinema with double sofas, as well as a 350-capacity IMAX screen, and if you are worried about the hygiene, CEO Venanzio Di Bacco has said the sheets are changed between every single show, adding that “The hygiene aspect is very important to us”.

In this cinema, even your kids can have an exciting cinema experience as well. This is because there is a kid’s cinema area as well, which includes bean bags, a ball pit, and even a slide to use instead of stairs. Talking about the pricing, the ticket for children costs 14.50 francs ($14) per child.
