Anti-Inflammatory Coconut and Sweet Potato Muffins with Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon and Maple Syrup

First find below Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic brown rice flour
  • 1 small organic sweet potato, roasted
  • ¾ cup organic coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. aluminum-free baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. organic olive oil
  •  1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ cup organic coconut flour
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup or unpasteurized honey
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. ground flaxseed in ½ cup of water

Then make it in below steps:

Adjust the heat of the oven to 204.44 Celsius and let it heat for a while.

Dig holes in the skin of sweet potato using skewer in your cooking set.

Arrange the prepared sweet potatoes on a baking tray and let it get baked for an oven.

Then let them get cooled.

Cut sweet potato in to two halves.

Scoop the inside out.

Add flaxseed, coconut milk, olive oil, and maple syrup and mix in a large bowl.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add both the mixtures together.

Grease the tray with coconut oil.

Apply butter.
